CleanFlorida has a protocol in place to ensure technicians remain productive during cell service outages. If you experience an outage, the first step is to determine whether it’s an individual issue (just your phone) or a regional outage. In both cases, head to the office between 8:15 AM and 8:45 AM to collect your printed work orders for the day. The office is located at 1029 Airport Pulling Road North, Naples, FL 34104.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive printed work orders with names and times highlighted for clarity, organized chronologically. If it’s a regional outage, the office will notify clients about potential delays. If the issue is with your phone only, the office will communicate any delays to your clients directly.
Throughout the day, follow the printed work orders for guidance, and communicate with the team via WhatsApp when possible, using alternative methods if necessary. Ensure you record your in and out times at each house on both the WhatsApp app (if available) and your printed work orders.
At the end of the day, return your work order with all times noted to the office. This is critical for accurate payment processing, as manual entries will be made. Late submissions will not be accepted, and this step must be completed on the same day.
By following these steps, you help maintain smooth operations and ensure reliable service to clients, even during cell service disruptions. CleanFlorida appreciates your cooperation and flexibility in adhering to this straightforward process, ensuring work can continue without interruptions.
